When you do email me, please use "ORDER CANCELLATION" in the subject line so that I may get to you in a timely manner.

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This will cover transaction fees that I pay (which are not refundable) when the initial transaction is made.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on PokeMMi, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means, if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
