Due to the nature of Pokemon products, I do not offer a return policy. That means once this product has been purchased by you, it now belongs to you and cannot be returned to me. However, if the products I ship to you show up damaged or destroyed (not from the carrier physically causing damage to box in which your product is shipped in). Feel free to contact me and I will do my best to make things right :D
